This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of university culture and campus sports culture, and the interaction and development ways and methods of grass roots party construction and campus sports culture construction. Research holds that, set up the post of Party members' sunshine sports instructors, and consciously guide teachers and students in Colleges and universities to carry out sports activity; rely on the characteristic cultural brand of the University, inherit the construction of the campus sports spirit and culture; attach importance to the construction of the sports organization system of the party organizations at the grass-roots level and promote the construction of the campus sports system and culture; increase investment and strengthen the construction of physical culture and culture in campus.
