Research on Automatic Loading and Unloading System of Liquid Crystal Glass Substrate

摘要

Automatic loading and unloading system of glass substrate is an important part of flat panel display production line. Combined with the automatic loading and unloading system of the actual production line, the equipment structure and working mode of the system are analyzed and studied. The system achieves the substrate cassette position adjustment, substrate position offset correction, reducing influence on the cleanliness of the production environment, and satisfying the actual requirements of the glass substrate loading and unloading process.
