摘要

Traditional optical fiber resource management system is based on manual and computer management, and resource management is not integrated and managed. Especially a large number of points related to the geographic information resources, routing, the maintenance of optical cable, data, information are scattered in the form of CARDS or drawing in different departments and individuals, the lack of effective, consistent maintenance. The circuit design also adopts manual mapping and drawing management, and the management of exchange equipment and transmission lines is not perfect between manual and computer automation management.
