The maturity of computer terminal inspection technology has led to a preliminary improvement in the capabilities of computer secrecy inspection in secret units. However, the development of informatization and the continuous increased secrecy situation have placed increasing demands on the secrecy inspection and supervision capabilities in those secret units. In view of the current boundary protection issues of computer terminal secrecy inspection systems in the multi-level deployment mode, and the analysis and use of inspection results can not reflect the implementation of the secrecy responsibilities of the secret personnel's entire career and the lack of coverage the entire life cycle of secrecy the inspections process such as application, approval, execution, notification and rectification, a multi-level computer terminal inspection management system has been designed. Through the establishment of a cross-domain exchange data platform, data security problems in secrecy inspection are solved. Though the establishment of secrecy inspection results analysis mechanisms based on people's careers, the secret units can trace implementation of the secrecy responsibility of secret personnel throughout their careers. By the informatization of the entire lifecycle process of the secrecy inspection process on the same platform, capabilities of the secrecy inspection and supervision can be enhanced effectively.
