Statistical and Estimation Platform for Low-voltage Distribution Network Outages Based on Process Management

Due to the direct connection to consumers, low-voltage distribution networks’ outages always result in consumers’ power failure. Thus, reducing the time of accident handling has great effects on power system’s reliability. However, the low-voltage distribution network’ outages has various accident phenomenons and causes, and accident handling always needs multiple rounds of inspection and maintenance. This paper proposes a statistical and estimation platform to count and analyze the low-voltage distribution network outages. Firstly, the knowledge graph technology has been adopted to recognize the maintenance sheet and classify the outages. The most likely causes for each accident phenomenon can be found. Then, process management method has been adopted to analyze the processes of each accident handling. The time spent benchmark value of each process can be determined. The overdue processes can be determined and appraised. Finally, the suggestions for improving accident handling processes are intelligently raised by the expert experience database. The proposed platform can count and estimate the outages, determine the overdue processes and raise the suggestion to reducing the handling time.
