1. Non-migratory slip provides better bond performance but has higher COF values than migratory slip. 2. For migratory slip samples, bond seemed to decrease as airgap increased with respect to same slip concentration. 3. No adverse effect was observed on adhesion strength after 1 week for migratory slip samples. 4. SSR seems to indicate that more migratory slip blooms to the surface of PE film after extrusion lamination than pre extrusion lamination.
