At the frequencies from 10 kHz to 10 GHz, spectra of 6 samples of sandy-clay mixtures based on three samples of sand with the addition of 5 and 10% bentonite in each were studied. Samples were saturated with distilled water and NaCl salt solutions with specific electrical conductivity from 0.144 to 0.77 S/m. At frequencies below 1 GHz, the complex relative permittivity spectra have been described by three relaxation processes. The dependences of the process parameters on the amount of solution, its specific conductivity, specific conductivity of samples, amount of clay and the size of the particles of the sand fraction are presented.
