摘要

Relay protector plays an extremely important role in power system. The conventional time-limited rapid action protection is finished by combination of several kinds of relays, which is with higher cost and lower reliability. Taking the advantage of micro-electronics and micro-computer technology, a new time-limited rapid action protector is designed. It not only have the expected protection function, but also realize the intercommunication between super-computer and online intelligent protector by standard bus interface to meet the requirement put forward by power system.
