The prevailing leisure sport trend leads to the increasing number of urban cyclists and road cycling is in pursuit of a perfect match between mankind and machine, so it is crucial to match the human body seizes and the bike parts sizes amply in road cycling. In fact, a mismatch between the sizes of the both not only lowers the sport efficiency but also damages muscles, skeleton and cartilage; therefore, the authors expect to design the road cycling body geometry fitting (BGF) system as the foundation to the cycling postures regulation. The cycling sizes are grouped in 2 groups: prior and tuned ones where the difference is that the latter is the former tuned by the cyclists' subjective comfort sensation against the cycling position checklist. The trials were done for comparison in the following steps: obtaining the samples' body sizes, converting the data to the prior sizes, doing test 1 (cycling for 5 minutes) and filming the process, asking the samples to fill out the questionnaires (Likert scale), and doing test 2 (cycling 5 minutes again). The concluding observations from 15 samples evidence significant improvements (p<0.025) identified at knees of the front view and shoulders, upper arms, back and waist of the back view as for subjective comfort sensation.
