Multilingual warning and support system in collaboration with the FMYY radio station Kobe, Japan Work in progress

摘要

In Japan there are various systems that provide information about nature condition or disasters such as Japan Metrological Agency (JMA)^{1, safety tips app, FMYY radio station2, Yurekuru call etc., However, most of the foreign community living in Japan don't have sufficient awareness and knowledge of such systems. FMYY staff produced a large amount of audio and text files that are used for alerting users in case of disasters. However, these materials (audio and text file) are not utilized properly because their arrangement is not helpful, and they are not available to the people who do not use a radio. In order to utilize these materials, we propose a multilingual warning and support system to help the foreign and local communities get wider access to the information available from FMYY.}
