316L Gas atomised powders can be used effectively in Additive Manufacturing to produce parts with densities exceeding 99%. Multiple re-use (up to 30 builds) with periodic rejuvenation of the powder does not appear to have a significant effect on the powder characteristics, machine performance and quality of the manufactured parts: - Some evidence of gradual increase in O and N levels.
