Successful hand-over of ammoni ffertilizer project in Tatarstan, Russia

摘要

In 2015, the first grassroots fertilizer plant constructed in the Former Soviet Union in decades was successfully commissioned and put into commercial operation. Experience during commissioning of the plant, as well as start-up and test run results will be shared, and the product flexibility feature will be discussed, which enables Ammoni to maximize the product split in order to achieve good product prices and to meet the local demand. Ammoni had a high focus on environmental impact from the very day one in the project development, and the means to reduce the NOx emissions from the plant will be described, Environmental requirements are generally becoming more and more strict, and options available for NOx reduction to meet an ultra-low emission level will be described in more details in the paper.
