摘要

This study represents a modern system of acquisition and processing of data obtained through the multi-frequency microwave meteorological complex which was designed for the operational control of state meteorological moisture targets with compensation of background noise. Furthermore the author deals with the structure and main parameters of the functional units of the experimental data collection and processing systems. The paper contains the results of experimental studies of the winter atmosphere, obtained through the multi-frequency microwave radiometric system monitoring meteorological formations.
