Statistically oriented tolerance design with correlation between parameters of components

摘要

Analysis of tolerances for the case when the parameter distribution law is determined by the statistic series is carried out. The correlation between parameters of components is taken into account. The model of output functions and domains of parameter distribution are formed at the point of coincidence with operability domain boundary. To simplify the procedure of tolerance design the approximation of distribution law is used in the form of ellipsoid structures of dispersion domain sections adjacent to tolerance domain vertices.
