摘要

The computer modeling system of industrial extruders with adjustable configuration has been developed allowing solving control tasks of multi-assortment polymeric film quality under change-over of production lines on new assignments and under product manufacture. The system includes module for extruder mark choice, module for extruder configuration design, module for calculation of geometrical parameters of extruder screw sections, module for structural and parametrical synthesis of mathematical model for extrusion, module for calculation of extruder throughput, energy consumption, polymeric material residence time and extrudate quality indices, module for result visualization as 3D models of screws and 3D graphs of output parameter dependences on control actions. It is adjusted to various types of polymeric films, requirements to throughput and energy consumption of extruders.
