摘要

In the working process of a four-way jet-pipe valve, the wedge between the two receiving holes distributes the jet stream into two holes of the receiver, with the stream impinges on the receiver, the wedge gets thinner and radius of the receiving holes get enlarge for long time eroding. Characteristics of the four-way jet-pipe valve changes with the erosion. Mathematical model of is built in detail to analyze the change based on the Bernoulli's equation. By calculation, with the wedge and receiver eroded by jet stream, the receiving flow increases, the pressure recovery just decreases near the null position, the load flow increases, the load pressure decreases,decreases, the flow gain increases and the pressure gain decreases.
