Each airborne heat exchanger vibration test has very high dynamic performance requirements for the fixture used by it. Mode analysis of some airborne heat exchanger was carried out using the ANSYS software on the basis of the finite element modal analysis method's theory, so as to identify the fixture's natural frequency. In addition, the effectiveness and accuracy of the finite element modal analysis were analyzed through mode testing. The analysis results show that the fixture meets the requirements specified in the Sandia National Laboratory's vibration fixture design specifications, so it ensured that the test was successfully carried out.
