摘要

In this paper, a rare earth cylindrical permanent magnet is selected as the static magnetic field source, considering the external magnetic field effect generated by the permanent magnet, the additional magnetic field effect generated by the magnetic seeds, and the modified magnetic field effect generated between the magnetic drug nanoparticles. Results show that a cylindrical permanent magnet can generate an effective magnetic field, and the implant assisted magnetic seeds can enhance the magnetic force near the lesion area by one to two orders of magnitude, which is conducive to the targeted aggregation of magnetic drug nanoparticles.
