Based on the particularity of private schools, there will be many uncertain potential risks in the management process, which will hinder the development in varying degrees, and also have a huge impact on the long-term strategic goals of private schools. This paper presents the background and the potential risk of non-governmental schools. Improving the risk management system strengthens the consciousness of risk prevention, attaches great importance to the management of the "people". To build appropriate risk management mode, to broaden the channels of financial support and to build effective channels such as risk management evaluation system, and to reduce the incidence of the potential risks, ensures private schools achieve long term strategy.
