摘要

Water cooling measures is a very effective temperature control measures,which was used in mass concrete of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering.However,water cooling is also a double-edged sword,which could cause damage in concrete in the case of improper control.In a project,usually,subject to numerical calculation,engineering experience,concrete internal temperature and cooling water's temperature,the cooling water flow rate is adjusted.Currently,due to lack of a simple and practical program,temperature control parameters are often out of limits in temperature control process,which affects the quality of concrete.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the relationship between concrete internal temperature and cooling water flow rate for ensuring the quality of the project.In this paper,based on the heat conservation law and combined engineering test data analysis,a set of relatively simple,practical and efficient formula were summarized.It can guide the preparation of water cooling program,and play an active role to ensure the quality of the project.
