摘要

Ni nanoparticles produced by the general gas phase reaction are tremendously aggregated by collisions between particles with high surface temperature. Due to this aggregation, the particles often lose their uniform nanosized shape and their interesting properties. In our previous study, we found that non-aggregated Ni nanoparticles were produced for hydrogen reduction of NiCl2 by using the rapid cooling system of the nitrogen quenching gas jet and Laval nozzle. However, Ni particles were oxidized, when we handled the produced particles after the collection. In this work, we produced non-aggregated particles coated with an organic substance for prevention of oxidation.
