摘要

Warm hydroforming process play an important role in fabricating lightweight materials.Optimization of the forming process of a thin-walled 2060 Al-Li alloy part was discussed in this paper.The flow behavior of 2060 AlLi alloy was first investigated by uniaxial tensile test.Numerical analysis model was then established using the obtained material properties.The influence of process parameters on the sheet deformation was studied by utilizing FEM simulation to acquire the optimized values, which could be applied directly in hydroforming process.Finally,the thin-walled part was manufactured by warm hydroforming on a special-designed equipment.Result shows that the experimental results keep reasonable agreement with the numerical one.
