摘要

A new technology of lattice distortion modification of cotton/linen fiber and yarn is introduced in this paper. The process parameters and control requirements in the lattice distortion modification processing are analyzed for designing its control system, The hardware system is designed using the Omron PLC as control core and the human-computer interaction interface is built by using configuration software. At last, a real time accurate program on fuzzy compensated decoupling control of the temperature and pressure in the modification process is presented. The test production results show that the control system designed totally meets the production requirements of the lattice distortion modification of cotton/linen fiber and yarn.
