摘要

At present, there're less mature detectors for fatigue of wheelchair's brake. In the paper, it introduces a detector of fatigue of wheelchair's brake, based on the standard of National rehabilitation appliance (GB/T18029: the third part brake). It includes the design and realization of mechanical structure and control system algorithm. According to the loading requirement of the standard and the way of electro-hydraulic loading taken by the detector, we present a control system algorithm of integral separation PID-dynamic matrix control (DMC). And compared to the algorithm of pure PID, we established the feasibility of control system algorithm we present. By using the detector, it applies to the requirements of detecting and makes up the blank of detecting of fatigue of wheelchair's brake.
