Nowadays, the researches on fatigue problems of CFRP-reinforced concrete structure in cold environment are very limited. This study makes two beams as specimens, conducts comparison tests on the CFRP-reinforced beam and non-reinforced beam in cold environment, and analyzes the data from the tests. The results show that in cold environment CFRP can improve the anti-fatigue property of concrete beams through the constraint on crack. The deflection of reinforced beam is remarkably smaller than that of fatigue loading in room temperature. Available equation f_n to calculate the fatigue deformation in mid-span of reinforced beam is not suitable in cold environment. Fatigue loading property in normal section of CFRP-reinforced beam meets the requirement and has certain safety stock.
