摘要

Microcontroller unit (MCU) plays an important role in mobile phones and other mobile devices. With higher and higher requirements on the mobile device performance and stability, performance and the reliability of MCU system also attract great attention from users. This study finds out that the reliability of MCU system is mainly reflected by external clock frequency, reset techniques, and procedures through the analysis on the concept and characteristics of MCU, and then proposes some corresponding measures to improve the reliability of MCU system.
