摘要

The rapid growth of multimedia applications makes it important and significant to provide a quality of service (QoS) guarantee for a wireless mesh network (WMN). Combined with the characteristics of WMN, a computing method of routing metrics was designed, and then a clustering-based multi-constrained QoS routing (CMQR) was proposed. The inner-cluster route was computed parallel by root node and was connected by gateway-links, which reduced routing calculation and improved scalability of the protocol. The simulation results show that CMQR protocol can effectively reduce route establishing time and routing overload, but the packet delivery ratio remains high.
