Class-A fire loads can be suppressed using FCCs, FRCs, or FRCs with a suppression agent. A lithium-ion battery fire load was kept contained by a FCC although further testing is needed. A lithium-ion battery fire load within a FRC allowed for an explosive mixture to build up within the container. - Fire Suppression agent wasn't able to inert the environment. Lithium metal battery fire loads cannot be contained either by FCCs or by FRCs.
