Using the wafer-on-web technique unit processes were established for roll-to-roll fabrication of electronic substrates (interposers) and devices on thin flexible glass – Multi-layer and two sided interposer fabrication – IGZO TFTs with high performance – Transparent devices (antennas) – Aerosol ink-jet printing. Scale processes for use with rolls of thin flexible glass.Integrate both interposer and device function on the same substrate.
