摘要

The human interrelations are important aspects in personality development and socialization of the youth. The behavioral patterns (adequate or inadequate, adapted or maladapted) are generated and perpetrated by subtle inter-reactions and their types are extremely important for youth success in various relevant settings (home, school). This paper is focusing on the specific type of oppositional interactions between individuals, and the identification of the roots of aggression (active and passive) and counter aggression that underlying the escalading spiral of the conflict cycle. The model of conflicted interaction is assessed from the point of view of teachers and parents, considering that the labeling of an act as aggressive depends on the person's beliefs regarding aggression, its motives and functions, its level of danger toward physical or psychological integrity of the person and, also, the attitude regarding the retaliation will influence the counter aggressive response. The investigating method consists in Q-sort technique.
