Influence of timing of seed germination on maternal plants and their offspring of seed-dimorphic plant Suaeda cornlculata

For desert annual plants, seed germination of the same species is heterogeneous because seed dormancy states and germination requirements are different among individuals (Cao et al 2012). How individuals emerged in different dates completed their lifecycle is an important question for understanding the maintenance and regeneration of populations (Adondakis et al 2004). The primary aim of this study was to investigate the effect of timing of germination on maternal plants and their offspring of seed-dimorphic plant Suaeda corniculata.
