To meet the experimental requirements of university, we develop a new pneumatic circuit using the PLC control directly drive a large number of low power electromagnetic valves that execute components' (straight cylinder, cycloidal cylinder) action by computer programming control, through the RS - 232 and PLC communication. This pneumatic circuit has integration of machinery and electricity, which has been proved to be a very good experimental instrument. With the development of the technology and the tight globalised competition, the automation level of machine equipment becomes higher and higher. As pneumatic transmission's medium is air which gives the pneumatic transmission an advantage of cleanliness and safety. It becomes a kind of widely used industrial automation technology, in the machinery, food, packaging, automobile, pharmaceutical, and other areas to be application, greatly improving the manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Pneumatic industry also got rapidly developed. And other mechanical control technique combined with also makes pneumatic transmission technology application level increased significantly. Especially with the microcomputer and PLC signal points processing, in the two wires directly drive a large number of low power consumption electromagnetic valve string to send signal technology. In order to adapt to the market and technical demand, each big universities have set up their own pneumatic transmission courses. We also developed a new pneumatic circuit in order to meet the students' experimental requirements, including MPC-I series of products using the PLC control directly drive a large number of low power electromagnetic valves that execute components' (straight cylinder, cyclical cylinder) action by computer programming control, through the RS - 232 and PLC communication. This pneumatic circuit has integration of machinery and electricity, which has been proved to be a very good experimental instrument.
