Study on the Present situation, Problems and Countermeasures of the Investing in Emissions Right Market for Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

China has been Main supplier of Emission reduction amount under CDM mechanism in the world and the leader of international CDM Seller's market share. However, there are various difficulties for Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to deal in carbon trading, which resulted from the complex procedures, expensive investment and uncertainty of CDM project, non-satisfactory implementation environment for China. Financing difficulty, imperfect financial system and rigid financial management mode for Chinese SMEs are also the reasons. The paper put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion for Chinese SMEs, such as making full use of policy advantage, making rational use of resource advantage and technical advantage, and improving the level of financial management.
