摘要

This paper presents a method to determine how the photometric quantities are changing while the high power LED is lit on. The junction temperature is suggested to combine the equilibrium status to the transient status. By measuring the junction temperature versus turnon time and the photometric quantities at the relevant equilibrium status, we get how the LED performs at transient measurement. It shows that, an averaged result and a significant uncertainty component have to be considered when a transient measurement is carried out.
