Optimization of CBM Surface Gathering Pipeline Network

摘要

At present,China has entered into a large-scale development period in the field of coal bed methane (CBM),the technical characteristics of which are low production,low pressure and low permeability,with the result that CBM surface gathering pipeline networks are extremely complex.Domestic exploitation and design of CBM fields are largely based on the mature engineering design experience of Sulige field,and needs further improvement.There are no appropriate standards or specifications on the gathering and processing techniques of CBM.Existing problems are primarily unreasonable pipeline network layout and parameters,large project investment and high energy consumption.To take full advantage of CBM energy,reduce pipeline network investment and achieve low cost exploitation,analysis of the characteristics of CBM gathering technology and adaptability of different gathering pipeline network forms under different terrains should be made of.Apply hierarchical optimization method,which divided to layout optimization and parameter optimization,to study branched pipeline network optimization problems,propose measures to increase the transmission radius and provide technical support for CBM gathering engineering.
