We have presented preliminary results here, which capture the trend in experimental data quite closely. The predictive power of the model will be demonstrated by comparing the release rate from different NPs formulations (particle size, molecular weight of polymer, polymer to drug ratio, etc.) with experimental data. Furthermore, it can be shown that if limited experimental data is available at early time points, the model can be used to predict drug release at future time points.
