Medical image data security based on principles of digital watermarking methods

摘要

This article deals with the possibilities of using digital watermarking principles for the protection of medical images. On various methods it looks from several basic perspectives. First, from security perspective -ensuring the authenticity and copyrights. Next, it discusses division of watermarking methods, from the application on individual medical images point of view. In detail, there are described techniques: reversible watermarking, zero watermarking and watermarking in RONI (Region of Non Interest).
