Legal Construction of IPRs for the Exhibition Industry in Trade in Services

Exhibition as a platform of spreading human intelligence has become an important form of international trade in the modern market economy. China's exhibition industry is developing rapidly in recent years and increasingly international, but the management and protection of its intellectual property is far from perfect. This not only causes that the exhibition-related IPR issues cannot be solved in time, but also directly affects the image of China's exhibition industry in the international platform. The author studied the legal issues of IPR for China's exhibition industry from the perspective of trade in services and put forward proposals to strengthen the legal construction for IPR.
