Study on Application Environment of Powder Metallurgy Enterprise Virtual Organization Informatization

The powder metallurgy enterprise virtual organization (PMEVO) is a dynamic alliance which is composed by many PME cooperation communities with different scales, technical management level and characteristic, so the informatization is the foundation for PMEVO to run effectively, enhance the agility and competence. From the viewpoint of analyzing PME group's actuality, extra-environment is very important to the informatization. Compared with the common enterprise's informatization, the informatization in PMEVO has more obviously individual characteristic due to the characteristic of many members and the dynamic organizational structure, and besides, various members' information foundation, technology and management level are different, and the members' informatization required by different virtual organization is different. On the ground of that, the actuality and existent problems of informatization application environment in the PMEVO are analyzed from these aspects such as the information industry environment, the human resources environment and the technical service environment according to PME's actuality and VO's characteristic. The countermea-sures of improving information environment for PMEVO are proposed.
