Uptake and Metabolism of Acephate in Tomatoes

@@ Uptake and accumulation of the acephate (ACE) in aqueous solution-plant system were analysed in this study. Results were summarized as follows: The UPLC/MS/MS method was established for the determination of the ACE and its metabolite methamidophos (MAP) in tomatoes. 5. 00 g hommogenizated tomato samples were put into the 50 mL centrifuge tube together with 30 mL acetonitrile and 5 g sodium chloride.
