The Thinking on Construction of Patent Technology Transfer Platform in the Environment of Cloud Computing

摘要

The construction of the platform of patent technology transfer is an effective way of applying science and technology to promote economic development. The platform construction combines the technology and environment of cloud computing, which means an optimization of high efficiency and sustainable development from both technical and economic perspectives. This paper analyzes the demand for platform construction, and the advantages of cloud computing for platform construction. Then this paper brings forward the thoughts of the platform construction which involves platform structure, platform workflow and related technologies, operating mechanism and the existing problems.
