Attachment to the Landscape and Reflection on the Ancient and Modern Times - Analysis of the Planning of the 'Roaming in Tingshan Mountain' Project of Xishan Scenic Spot in Lake Taihu

Scenic spots have attracted more and more tourist population with its rich natural and landscape resources, and the new construction and renovation projects of tourism service facility in these areas have also increased sharply. Therefore, it has become a serious problem facing the planning and designing of tourism service facility in scenic spots that they should meet tourists' needs for recreation and relaxation, harmonize the surrounding environment and improve the quality of landscapes without causing any damage to the landscape and ecology. This paper, taking the planning of the "Roaming in Tingshan Mountain" project of Xishan scenic spot as an example, analyzes the ways to make plans and designs in light of the local conditions on the basis of the research of the history, culture and present situation, thus enabling the plans and designs of modern tourism service facility to be rooted in and serve the scenery while acting as the scenery itself.
