The Study on the Approaches of Policy Introduced Fund of Venture Investment Based on the Enterprise Life Cycle Theory

摘要

Venture capital investment has increasingly become a national innovation engine of economic development.At present,China's total amount of venture capital are still small-scale,lack of effective supply,as well as faced with the problem of poor efficiency of capital allocation.To this end,from the perspective of the enterprise life cycle,this paper first analyzes the characteristics of various stages of venture capital project and risk,and then helps the Government to establish venture capital funds in seed-stage,growth stage and expansion stage to attract more social capital into venture capital investment.
