摘要

Water metering is an important measure of fundamental technique for regulation,control and management of water resources.Since the difficulties so far of the offline measurement and calibration for the water meters on the pipelines taking water from rivers and lakes,the basic principles and characteristics of the field calibration method and devices were researched on,by investigating the flowmeter online calibration method in other fields,and the research status and application prospects in China and abroad,the tests were carried out with portable ultrasonic flowmeter in river model and sites,and compared with other flow measurement devices by measurement analysis,a flowmeter calibration technique has been presented for water conservation industry based on the comparison to apply to water industry site piping.It is focusing on the technical requirements,measurement process and calculation methods of online calibration with portable ultrasonic flowmeter in the actural flow.The result provides technical support to effectively carry out water measurement traceability and pipe flowmeter field calibration for the water conservation industry.
