Study on Water Resources Protection and Management of the Yellow River

摘要

The Yellow River resources protection and management is an integrated transaction,and the protection and management requires not only the support of state laws and regulations,but also requires a strong national policy support.Generally,Water Law of the People' s Republic of China and other laws had provided water resources management system and mechanism yet.In recent years,the central government clearly defined policies and corresponding measures to implement the most stringent water management system,and put forward a newer and higher requirement.Based on the yellow fiver basin water resources protection management system and mechanism system,to establish the appropriate institutional mechanism system of the yellow fiver resources is significant in order to meet the actual needs in the water resources protection and the water quality monitoring.
