摘要

This paper studied the problems of the rapid wear of carbide cutting tools while process titanium alloy and deeply researched the frictional relationship about the high-speed cutting titanium alloy with carbide cutting tools by theoretical analysis and experimental researches.The research included the effects of sliding speed,load,etc on influence of the frictional coefficient,the frictional temperature,the wear mechanisms and so on.And also studied the mainly wear forms of tools to further improve the process efficiency of the titanium alloy.At the same time,this paper also provided a theoretical basis for improving the life of tools and hoped to achieve the purpose of improving tools life span.
