Braking Process Modeling of CRH2 Electric Multiple Unit

摘要

Train brake has great influence on the safe operation and is the important guarantee of safe operati-on.Train braking process was greatly affected by factors such as environment,line condition and train driver operation proficiency.How to determine the effective braking control strategy is the foundation of achieving the safe and reliable operation of the train,and train brake model plays an important role in realizing effective braking control.This paper taking the CRH2-300 Electric Multiple Unit(EMU) as an example,based on the analysis of the braking process operation characteristics and brake deceleration mode curve,to establish the mathematical model of braking process.Afterwards,according to EMU operation data and model character uaing the recursive least square algorithm method to identification model parameters.Simulation results show the established braking process model has the important practical significance to realize the safety,reliability and accurability braking process.
机译:火车制动对安全操作有很大影响,是安全操作的重要保证。陷阱制动过程受到环境,线路状况和火车司机操作能力等因素的大大影响。如何确定有效的制动控制策略是实现火车安全可靠运行的基础,以及火车制动模型在实现有效制动控制方面发挥着重要作用。本文以CRH2-300电动多单元(EMU)为例,基于制动的分析处理操作特性和制动减速模式曲线,建立制动过程的数学模型。根据EMU运行数据和模型字符,Uaing递归最小二乘算法的识别模型参数。刺激结果显示既定的制动过程模型有实现安全,可靠性和尺寸制动过程的重要实际意义。
