Imazethapyr has many advantages,such as broad spectrum,strong selectivity,high activity,low dosage,low cost,good efficacy and so on.And it is widely used.However,for soybean injury,diseases and pests would occurred,if imazethapyr is used in large areas for long-term.Moreover,the yield and quality of soybean will have decline significantly.Removing imazethapyr in soil relies mainly on the degradation by micro-organisms.However,the degradation process by microbial in the natural environment was so slow that it needs exogenous microorganisms for accelerating degradation rate.In this study,four degrading-imazethapyr actinomyces were screened out from the soil where imazethapyr was used for a long-term.We remix the four degrading-imazethapyr actinomyces,selected the predominant combination from mixed actinomyces to study the soil adaptability of the dominent mixed actinomyces.
