Comparison and Optimization of Habitation Form in Mixed-use Mode under Marine Environment: Zhejiang as Example

摘要

This paper, based on the marine characteristics of "mixed industrial development", is intended to elaborate the cause of mixed residential construction, and analyze the characteristics of traditional fishermen's houses. Led by the art, restaurant and hotel industries, this mode builds mixed residential-type paradigm based on industry characteristics, thus forms the variable mixed residential-type mechanism. Furthermore, it also takes energy-saving technology optimization measures to promote the development of mixed residential-type paradigm with geographical features through the promotion mechanism and regulation, thereby providing constructive strategies for the mixed residential-type development of island.
