摘要

In order to study the load characteristics of Roller Husker depth and system, this article put forward the concept of equivalent coefficient of friction through established the Roller Husker's drive system model; discussed the relationship between the production parameters the equivalent coefficient of friction and the equivalent coefficient of friction and load through theoretical analysis and experimental research; the results showed that the roll pressure and the load was positively correlated; wire-speed difference and the load of the fast roll was negative correlated and positively correlated with the load of the slow roll; speed equivalent to the equivalent coefficient of friction has little effect; the effect of flow to them is very small.
